* 3 complete post-welding and testing production lines; 1 dedicated rear section maintenance line; professional maintenance technical team. The first pass yield (FPY) of products in rear section can reach 99.5%.
* Plug-in AOI for detecting component errors, omissions and reversing, which contributes to a high FPY of DIP
* Only skilled iron technicians that have received rigorous training are designated for ensuring welding speed and quality
* A temporary storage area with independent markings is set around the cable based on the status of circuit board: To-be-plugged-in, to-be-repaired, waiting for QC inspection, NG products, waiting for QA inspection, etc., to avoid mixed boards
Product Assembly
* 95% of the workers are skillful; one post for one worker; the workers have received strict training and online prevention and correction trainings, thus ensuring their high skills; patrol inspection of the whole production line; timely analysis and statistics on the defective items in assembly process.
* Implement strict SOP operation standards, covering operation techniques, quality standards, tooling, statistical analysis, etc.
* 100% online inspection by QC and spot check by QA according to AQL standards, to timely discover and control defective items in the process.
* The production line comes with complete operating tools, such as electric screwdriver, magnifying glasses, torque meter, dispenser, testing rack, and various kinds of auxiliary inspection equipment. Material areas are divided strictly on the assembly production line to prevent mixing of materials and plates.

Requirements for Gerber files
ZIP and RAR files are accepted only, with a maximum file size of 20MB.
Copper thickness: 1oz-12oz; min. drilling: 0.2mm; wiring width/safety distance: 0.06/0.06mm; min. solder mask thickness: 0.1mm.
Please email us the Gerber file of the product so that we can offer you an accurate quotation within two working days.
BOM Requirements
Files in the format of CSV, XLS and XLSX are accepted only
User shall provide us with the complete MPN (manufacturer part number) for each part. If not, please provide the purchase link.
We can provide three choices about parts:
- a) The customer provides all components (no handling fees charged).
- b) The Company procures all components.
- c) Some parts are provided by customer and the rest by the Company.
